[ARCHIVED] Go Green, Go Paperless On Your Utility Bill!

NACOGDOCHES- The City of Nacogdoches recently upgraded water billing system allows our residents an easier alternative to go green and go paperless with their water utility bills. The software upgrade has resulted in a faster, more secure access for water department employees, which means better customer service for our residents. Residents can now log in via the city’s website and sign up for “ebills” and automatic bank drafts. “We are thrilled to be able to offer our customers a better alternative to the traditional old fashioned water bill,” said Utility Billing Manager BD Rambin. “Customers can now activate our eBilling which eliminates the need for paper bills to be sent via snail mail,” said Rambin. Our friendly staff in the water department is available to answer questions in person Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It’s simple….. utility customers can follow these steps to set up their eBill:
1. Visit
2. Click on “Pay Online”
3. Click on “Pay Utility Bills”
4. Enter your account information– call 936-559-2593 if you need assistance
5. Click on “eBill enrollment”
6. Follow the instructions sent to your personal email address to confirm

Residents may simplify the process even more by signing up for automatic bank drafts as well. Residents can download an automatic bank draft form on our website or by contacting the water office.
