Mission


The primary mission of Utility Billing/Customer Service is to bill for utility services provided to the customers of the City of Nacogdoches, collection of funds from these billings, and to provide customer support for City of Nacogdoches utility customers.

Function


Utility Billing

Utility Billing is responsible for the billing of city provided utility services, the collection and accounting of funds from the billings, and for accurate meter readings for utility billings.

Customer Service

Customer Service is responsible for providing customer support for city utility customers, the installation of new utility meters, the maintenance of existing meters as well as associated equipment and piping. The connection and disconnection of City utility service.

​Other Available Features or Services Offered


Consumption Analysis Portal

You can now monitor your water use yearly, monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly using the  Consumption Analysis  portal. You set up a user name and password and you will then have access to all of your water use details. You may even set alerts for you to be notified by text or email if you hit a threshold of water use that you customize.

eBilling


Email billing is also available by clicking the Enroll in eBilling link. After clicking on it you will be walked through enrollment. 

After Hours


If you have an issue or a water related emergency that can not wait until regular business hours (Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM) you may call the City of Nacogdoches After Hours number of (936) 559-2900 and your call will be taken by our answering service which will then contact our on call personnel. 

Confidentiality Notice

 
Customers of the City of Nacogdoches have the option to request that personal information be kept confidential in the event of a Public Information Act request. We are providing you with the Confidentiality Form (PDF), which you may complete if you choose to have your information confidential. There is a $10.00 administrative fee for this service.
