The mission of the Emergency Management department is to respond effectively and efficiently with Nacogdoches County and all other local, state and federal agencies to the citizens of Nacogdoches, the citizens of Nacogdoches County and to assist the State of Texas as needed during times of disasters through mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery from disasters
